Starting around the turn of this century with just a handful of groups, Naked Yoga has burgeoned into a major trend as practitioners realize the added benefits of yoga unencumbered by clothes. While there are some mixed-gender classes and a few for women only, the overwhelming majority of Naked Yoga classes are for men. Yoga has long been a staple of the program for GNI’s annual men’s nude Gathering.
GNI supports this wonderful movement year-round by maintaining an online listing with contact information for Naked Yoga classes open to men throughout the world. It is updated in real time as GNI learns of changes.
Although GNI’s listing includes many physical addresses, some groups prefer not to publish their meeting location for reasons of privacy or security. In either case, when planning to attend a class, make contact beforehand to verify the group is still meeting at the published time, has enough space, and welcomes your participation. And please let them know that GNI referred you!
Navigation notes: First, click on above link. Default listing is all classes by country, state/province postal abbreviation, and name. Use page controls near bottom of results screen to scroll through. Click on the name of a class to open its full profile.
To refine your search, use Advanced Search features under Directory tab in dark blue bar near top of results screen. Use alphabet links to narrow your search to countries other than U.S.
As an additional resource, GNI member Bob S., founder / organizer of Naked Yoga for Men in Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA), maintains a worldwide Yahoo! Group, Naked Yoga for Men, with extensive links. You may subscribe (requires a Yahoo! ID, which is free) to access any secured features. It also has an archive of messages, some of which could be from others in your area that might wish to organize or participate in a class where none now exists.
* If you are an instructor or coordinator of Naked Yoga classes in which men are welcome, and would like to list your yoga group or submit an update to a current listing, contact GNI’s Club and Naturist Outreach Liaison.

Naked yoga has long been a staple of programming at GNI’s annual men’s nude Gathering, along with other health and wellness offerings. This year, we are having yoga classes everyday. GNI has lined up talented yoga instructors, some of them certified, to teach at The Gathering. There will be a variety of styles and intensity to suit a range of practitioners, from the novice to the experienced. This will provide an easy introduction to new yogis as well as an opportunity for more seasoned ones to maintain their practice without interruption while on vacation with us.
