We arrange reliable transportation to The Gathering from Newark International Airport and from midtown Manhattan. Just reserve and pay for your seat when you register. Buses depart on time, and the trip is about 2 hours, so plan your flights accordingly. Fares are $45* each way.

If you can’t make these buses, and can’t drive, a local taxi can bring you to camp from the bus station in Stroudsburg. Check out Martz Trailways  for current bus schedules or Pocono Cab Company for taxi rates and information.

*The bus rate is subject to a fuel surcharge and, if imposed, will be collected when you board. Reservations made after July 15 must be paid by credit card, and no bus reservations will be taken after August 15. Cancellations are subject to a $5 fee per trip, and changes made after your confirmation notice is sent are subject to a $5 fee.
